Eva Mendes is both an actor as well as a model. An agent for talent discovered her talent and convinced her to make a profession as an actor or model. After much deliberation her departure from the university and entered the industry of entertainment. Her debut came in the movie Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, which she was not happy with the way it turned out. It took her a long time to perfect her acting skills and was featured in a variety of low-budget films in an effort to show her talents. It was a difficult path for this actor and she performed well because of her willpower and perseverance. The actress received fame and favorable reviews for her role in the movie Training Day after which her acting career began to take off.
